Optional Services

Informational Greeting - This will offer your callers more detailed information about your company when they call your line. We can inform them of your business hours, website, current specials or even give them the option to leave you a confidential voice mail. This provides call screening that can cut down on live operator charges. Charge - $0.12 per minute.

Email and/or Fax of Messages - based on a scheduled time of day or week. Charge - $9.95 flat per billing cycle.

Text Messaging - Our dispatchers can text the information they take from your callers directly to your cell phone. We also offer Secure Texting for medical providers that is 100% HIPAA compliant. This helps cut down on live operator charges. Charge - $10.00 flat per cell phone per billing cycle or $50.00 flat to cover 5 or more phones.

Additional Numbers - You may want to provide your callers with multiple numbers to reach you based on their location. Charge - $5.00 flat per local number per billing cycle, $10.00 flat per toll free number per billing cycle.

Voice Mail Box - Give your callers an option to leave you or another department within your organization a confidential voice mail. The recordings can even be set to be emailed to you when you receive a new voice mail. Charge - $10.00 flat per box per billing cycle.
