In addition to typing speed, qualified applicants must possess the following:
■ customer service oriented
■ able to work well with peers (team player)
■ clear, concise and pleasant on the phone
■ strong in their communication skills
■ flexible with their work schedule
■ able to navigate on the Internet
■ available to work one day on the weekend (required for employment)
■ available to work part of every holiday (required for employment)
Edwards is looking for part-time help with an opportunity of full time after hire. Applicants must be available first shift starting at 6 a.m. and second shift starting anywhere between 12 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Please note that these operator positions are not telemarketing or sales oriented! We are here to provide 24/7 message taking services and dispatch for: physicians, medical practices, law offices, auto service companies, oil companies, utility companies, property management companies and several various professions in-between.
We offer a competitive benefits package after 1 year of employment including: paid vacation and sick time and matching 401k.
2nd and 3rd shift differential pay is given for 35+ hours a week worked and there is opportunity for advancement within our operation which also includes bonus pay based on tasks performed.
