Our recommendations are the following for each method of message delivery:
Fax – Paper and ink are pretty expensive! If we’re sending you your messages using this method, it is recommended that we send them in what is called a batch (or group of messages at a certain time of day or week). If we’re faxing you your messages as we take or deliver them, the cost of your paper and ink can add up quickly. We can certainly fit more than one message on a sheet of paper.
E-mail – If we’re sending you your messages using this method, it is recommended that we send them as we take or deliver the message. Since e-mail is fully electronic, you don’t have to worry about going through paper and ink like you do with fax. Also, sending the e-mails as they’re taken or delivered will act as a time-stamp for when the message was handled. Since you can access your e-mails on-the-go, this can really come in handy!
